IIM Software Engineer IV

Overview

● Collaborate with other product team members to create secure, reliable and scalable solutions

● Work full stack on building new features and dreaming up new ways to solve challenging problems

● Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks, and leading technical discussions

Qualifications

• Job duties require occasional travel to contracted customer locations.

• Business Casual dress is allowed; however, business attire may be required for face to face meetings based on client requirements.

• In the event of occasional travel should possess a valid driver's license that meets Risk Management standards.

• Must possess dependable broadband internet connectivity.

• Should be able to work for no less than 8 hours per day.

• Computer

• Each employee will be provided with a company issued laptop computer system, required software, monitors and remote access to required KMBS systems.

• BS in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience

• 10+ Years experience as a Software Engineer

• Excellent knowledge of modern software engineering best practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms

• Ability to independently work as a contributing member

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines

• Proficiency in version control systems; preferably Git

• Proficiency in .NET and C#

• Experience with frontend technology such as HTML, CSS and Javascript/Typescript frameworks; Angular, React, etc.

• 10+ years of practical experience with Agile development methodologies

• Thirst for learning and mastering new technologies

• Thorough understanding of microservices architectures, multitenancy, federated identity, role-based access control, and cloud-native architecture patterns

• Experience working on teams leveraging Agile development frameworks such as Scrum

• Experience in building and growing with software throughout its lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tungsten TotalAgility APIs

• Experience with Hyland's OnBase APIs

• Experience mentoring and/or acting as lead for junior developers
