Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Lead IIB Consultant located in Boston, MA. Must work 100% on-site, must be local or willing to relocate.

Job Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.

  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.

Qualifications

  • 100% on-site lcoal to Boston Area 5+ years IBM Integration Bus 9,10 Proficient working with and within IBM MQ Series Preferably also knows another ESB technology, like MuleSoft, WSO2, Apache Servicemix, especially one that follows standardized Enterprise Integration Patterns Strong SQL skills. Especially Oracle as this is what we use primarily. Must be able to write scripts to create db objects when necessary and otherwise just excellent querying abilities. Strong XSLT skills we do our translations in XSLT whenever possible over ESQL. Experience in Java would be nice Must be proficient in Git and SVN. Especially Git. Excellent in-person communication skills this person will be working closely with Kirkland's Business to help drive development efforts based on Business needs. They will need to be able to tease out what The Business is asking for even they might not know what they want. Excellent written communication skills this person will be writing documentation on the wiki for other developers and for The Business, as well as creating and maintaining JIRA tickets.

  • Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.

  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.

  • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.

  • Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.

  • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the systems architecture of the Adobe Campaign solution for customized instances. You will solve complex technical challenges such as integrating multiple data systems via multiple protocols, implementing a solution that can provide real-time decisions for millions of customers, and connecting customers to all the products in the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Your knowledge of databases, programming languages, web technologies, networking, security, and operating systems will allow you to translate business requirements into detailed designs that ultimately make our customers' lives easier by leveraging Adobe Campaign. Although your focus will be on delivery, you will also play a significant part in presales discussions – providing wide-ranging knowledge to the sales cycle on the specific requirements of the solution architecture. What You'll Do * Translate partner and client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility. * Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues. * Implement Adobe Campaign on time and on budget using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies.
