We are actively seeking an F&B Manager with pioneering leadership to spearhead the creation and development of our Food and Beverage department. If you thrive on innovation, have a passion for culinary excellence, and envision building something extraordinary, we want to hear from you!
The Food and Beverage manager reports to the General Manager and oversees the daily operation of the F&B department by coordinating department personnel, supervising food safety and quality standards, developing and implementing department operating procedures, maintaining facilities and equipment, and ensuring the development and revenue growth of the department.

Support a guest-first approach towards park operations
Develop a Food and Beverage team by coordinating hiring, training, scheduling and coaching activities
Ensure all food outlets are run efficiently and service standards are implemented and maintained
Act as quality assurance inspector to ensure food is high quality
Enforce preparation/food handling standards, including designated portion control
Ensure Safety Critical Checklists are completed daily
Comply with health department and food service department policies
Ensure food service equipment and facilities remain in good working order
Oversee proper cleaning and sanitation of food units in accordance with health code regulations and other regulatory guidelines
Investigate and resolve guest complaints related to food quality or service
Develop menus, recipes, and cost cards for all locations following company guidelines
Ensure all food and beverage items are presented to guest in a visually appealing and appetizing manner
Coordinate regular food and beverage deliveries from various vendors and complete monthly inventories
Mange all financial aspects of the department while maximizing revenue and cost-savings opportunities. Prepare necessary reports; develop and reconcile budgets; analyze productivity, equipment and supply costs; etc.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen management including cost of sales, inventory control, purchasing, receiving and pricing. Effectively manage waste/spoilage
Take an active role in the creation of line schedules, budgeting, and forecasting within the F&B department
Maintain safe working conditions for all team members
Oversee all department scheduling and timecard corrections or adjustments
Manage time off requests to ensure there is adequate staffing while also managing overall labor costs
Ensure all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all kitchens and food stands throughout the park
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
Establish quantity and quality output standards for personnel in all positions within the
Ensure all legal requirements are consistently adhered to including wage, hour, labor, and federal, state and/or local laws, as well as complying with all health and safety regulations
Report hygienic or maintenance issues in a timely manner
Properly handle, label, stock and store products including chemicals and cleaning supplies (age restrictions apply)
Cooperate with other departments to provide a positive guest experience
Complete additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience: Minimum of three years management experience in food and beverage hospitality venues. This position normally requires a professional level of knowledge in food and beverage services equivalent to that which would be acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field. Demonstration of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.

Problem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research, and collect data, draw valid conclusions, and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner; submission of weekly reports to General Manager and Park team
Project Management: Understand and manage projects from concept to completion. Develop and achieve strategic objectives, plans and time schedules; organize and manage competing priorities, while maintaining a steadfast commitment to detail; Manage the operations expense budget in compliance with corporate purchasing procedures

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be willing to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season of April through October
Capability to lift moderate weight up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist
Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including high heat and humidity
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances within the park
Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times
Demonstrate excellent Guest Service and maintain a professional image at all times
