We're looking for an Identity Operations Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will help keep Snapchatters secure and offer solutions to questions about the Snapchat app. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you'll work with the Identity Operations team to provide high-quality support to Snapchatters around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to Snapchatter questions through Snap Inc.'s support accounts (via Email Support + Social Support)

  • Identify, escalate, and help drive solutions for new issues, trends, and potential bugs

  • Become an expert in our customer service tools and make suggestions for workflow efficiency and growth

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Product, and Engineering teams, providing them with timely metrics and analysis, investigating potential account access issues, and following up with Snapchatters as needed

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Flexible work-hours: full-time and weekends as needed

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the company

  • Great judgement and ability to problem-solve, both independently and with peers

  • Developed perspective on prominent trends and issues in the online safety world

  • Able to focus and thrive in a dynamic work environment

  • Passionate about providing high quality customer support

The end user of your work is every worldwide fan who logs into the Ticketmaster platform. What the job is: * On the Ticketmaster Accounts team, work with with Product leadership to map new feature development back to the strategic product roadmap. * Gather, document, and track business requirements for secure and scalable new features. * Develop feature specs and acceptance criteria for user Jira stories that are completed comprehensively and on-time for development. * Be responsible for the daily planning of software development in an agile environment, ensuring the development team consistently has a groomed backlog of priority tickets to build. * Ship stable products on time and scale them with a focus on quality. * Develop a deep understanding of the Account & Identity needs of the fan. * Our job descriptions evolve with our business need and priorities. What a qualified candidate should possess: * Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams. * 3+ years product management experience in technology-focused business. * Exceptional quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills, and an ability to spot trends in data. Strong command of Excel and/or Google Sheets. * Prior experience managing technical products or online services. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to clearly articulate a requirement and to influence others. * Comfortable and effective when leading presentations. * Proven ability to deliver initiatives from conception through to completion.
