JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Identity Governance Analyst will establish, document, and operate digital identity processes, procedures, and workflows, including user on-boarding, off-boarding, job transfers, access requests, access approvals, access attestations, and role mining. This includes preparatory requirements development, system and workflow analysis, and data cleanup prior to and in conjunction with engineering work for new system and application integration. The Identity Governance Analyst works with business and clinical staff to identify, develop, and maintain associated entitlements and user roles throughout their lifecycle, and provides ongoing troubleshooting of identity governance related issues.

The Identity Governance Analyst is a subject matter expert in the UVMHN digital identity platforms and understands the process and technical capabilities of the platform to support the UVMHN Identity Governance Program. The Identity Governance Analyst works with UVMHN Identity Governance team members, members of clinical and business units, and information technology staff to execute and support the initiatives and goals of the UVMHN Identity Governance program. The Identity Governance Analyst maintains up-to-date knowledge of identity governance best practices and industry guidance.

EDUCATION:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or other related field; or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

2 to 3 years of general information security and IT operations work experience, or equivalent.

The role of Identity Governance Analyst includes multiple levels. The hiring team reserves the right to determine appropriate level placement of our final candidate.

Level and salary upon hiring are commensurate with years of relevant experience and previously obtained healthcare IT certification(s).
