What You'll Get to Do:
This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.
More About the Role:
The IdAM Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day actions required for developing and sustaining a cloud-based SaaS Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Service or non-CAC for OPNAV N1 MyNavy HR systems and applications. This would include:
ICAM team management and leadership to include task delegation and tracking
Oversight of ICAM contracts, funding, and gaps
Contractor direction for ICAM taskings
Management of multiple cyber security packages
Experience with Oracle Administration, including implementation of authentication and authorization using Oracle Identity Management Suite
DOD, Navy, and Commercial ICAM policy assessments and reviews to support deployment and continued Agile deployment of our non-CAC solution
Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Disaster Recovery
Contractor personnel management
Development of ICAM briefs to OPNAV N1, PEO EIS, and PMW 240 leadership
Lead weekly meetings
Engage with O4-O6 N1 customers for requirements and direction
Attendance at DOD level ICAM meetings and briefings
Oversight and review of IdAM briefs and documentation
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Highly adaptable, highly technical leader with a strong background in ICAM & IDAM and with the capacity to rapidly learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
Working knowledge of enterprise class information assurance requirements and network security and survivability.
The ability to communicate well with both technical and functional team members to share knowledge and insight is a must. Technical team discussions can happen anywhere, plus with possible impromptu interactions with customers you're an upbeat personality and your strong communication skills (especially on dry-erase boards) will stand-out. Those who can "talk the talk" to both groups in an effective manner will excel in delivering CDM's objectives and overall mission.
Ability to work independently or in teams to integrate systems and solutions, triage issues, and prioritize tasks.
Strong experience with customer interactions, including presenting, answering questions, and proactively resolving issues.
