Essential Key Responsibilities
Specify, design, and build Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions including password management, SSO, federation, and authentication.
Serve as a subject matter expert and solution architect for IAM Program solutions for the globally distributed teams consisting of employees, vendors and customer teams.
Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) of complex issues ranging from hardware, operating system, application, network, and information security platforms while working closely with various infrastructure teams and business users to quickly arrive at creative, tactical and long-term solutions.
Perform simulations for password security breaches, assess preparedness and remedial actions
Work closely with InfoSec and other service owners responsible for establishing governance, policies, and requirements related to IAM functions

Education/Experience and Competencies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar work experience.
Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, C, C++, and/or Objective C
Experience in LDAP Servers schema definitions, queries and optimizations
Must have experience with Identity Management tools such as Microsoft Active Directory and AD FS, Oracle IAM, Ping Identity, OneLogin, Okta, or other IAM solutions.
Adequate understanding of various industry standard encryption and hashing algorithms, their relative weaknesses and strengths, and applicability in IAM solutions.
Solid understanding of High Availability, Systems Design, Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Databases, Open Source and Web technologies.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Experience writing and shipping customer-facing code
Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key management concepts
Experience with building and maintaining RESTful web services

Lead IAM Architect: The trust our customers and partners put in our systems and data is critical to our success. We are seeking a strong Identity and Access Management Architect/Engineer who can deliver on large scale initiatives to help mature the information security and risk management programs. This role reports to the Director of Security Architecture and Engineering. This team is responsible for designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class security systems for production environments and identifying new solutions to mitigate emerging security threats and meet regulatory compliance. The Lead IAM Architect would be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions. The candidate should have extensive experience with identity management concepts technologies, implementation, and integration with various data sources and application stacks. Responsibilities include interacting with client technical and functional staff, hands on engineering efforts, and the review and improvement of current solutions. Qualifications * Extensive information security experience with a focus on Identity and Access Management Architecture. * Strong program management and leadership skills * Experience enforcing access control management principles * Deep knowledge of the full user identity and access management lifecycle * Experience in Identity and Access governance and compliance * Strong knowledge and experience of user and access provisioning/deprovisioning workflows * Experience implementing and managing privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. * Experience implementing Identity Federation Management / SSO solutions * Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS and LDAP * Strong understanding of IAM Protocols, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, WS-Fed, etc.. * Experience with access models such as RBAC and ABAC * Experience with cloud and on premises architectures - Hybrid models * Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution implementations * Experience implementing PKI solutions. * Office 365 Identity & Access experience * Demonstrated expertise in a broad array of systems and network security technical controls and processes (e.g., identity & access management, network access control, system hardening, network segmentation, incident response, intrusion prevention, DDOS mitigation, threat intelligence, etc.). * A professional certification in an information security domain such as CISSP, CIAM, CIMP, or CISA preferred but not required. Responsibilities: * Lead Architect/Engineer responsible for defining and driving the engineering and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions. * Serve as the global technical SME within the IAM domain. * Develop enterprise architecture and system integrations required to meet business requirements. * Perform security reviews of acquired and developed systems/applications to validate compliance with standards and best practices. Identify gaps in security architecture and develop a security risk management plan. * Work within a Global Security team to promote the best Identity and Access Management practices within IT and the business. * Identify and develop new concepts, tools, systems or processes to improve the enterprise IAM security posture. * Work with external vendors, system integrators and remote teams. * Support for System and IAM related policy development and regulatory compliance * Interact and communicate with application teams on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues * Document and address organization's information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirements throughout the acquisition life cycle.
