SUMMARY

Responsible for leading the Identity Access Management (IAM) provisioner's activities including planning, designing, implementing, and driving forward workforce IAM services across the organization with a focus on improving the user experience and meeting compliance requirements. Work across departments to develop and communicate strategies regarding identity and access management and ensure that the direction meets the established organizational standards. Lead a team comprised of provisioners to meet the needs of FIB.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.

  • Leads a team of IAM provisioners, including motivating, hiring, performance management, writing reviews, and preparing overall performance evaluations and training.

  • Develops career goals and objectives for all direct reports with clear measurements of progress while conducting a good cadence of one-on-one meetings.

  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Legal, and Audit, to align IAM initiatives with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to business units on IAM-related matters.

  • Ensures IAM compliance with FIB policies and regulatory requirements (SOX, GPDR, etc.).

  • Provides answers and solutions to internal and external auditor questions, observations, and findings for items related to IAM.

  • Enhances the business perception of IT through a professional approach in quickly resolving and communicating incidents when they occur.

  • Identifies and delivers initiatives to improve IT and user experience across the organization.

  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the IAM provisioning team around IT operations.

  • Develops, manages, measures, and reports on KPI metrics for the IAM team, including ticket volume, employee utilization, and SLA/OLA adherence.

  • Leverages practices and process frameworks, such as the ITIL and ITSM, to drive continual process improvement.

  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of IAM documentation, including but not limited to standard operating procedures, diagrams, and knowledge repository within the ITSM platform.

  • Must be a team leader with a willingness to work with other IT and business units.

  • May be required to work after hours and weekends to accomplish work tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school and/or five plus (5+) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry certifications may be considered in place of a college degree. ITIL, CIAM, CIMP, or other related certifications preferred.

OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Communication skills are critical to allow effective communication with customers to build positive, professional relationships and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Ability to remain objective and professional in times of conflict. Must be able to work with limited supervision; Ability to work independently or with a team; Ability to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure; Must have organizational and analytical skills; Must possess a solid balance of technical and business knowledge.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and internal customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, establish trends, and forecast.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $73,367 to $124,357 per year (in CO & WA), and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays. Please note this information is provided for those hired in Colorado and Washington only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado and Washington with compensation that aligns with your location.
