BBH is currently recruiting an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Information Security Risk Management team.
In this role you will be the primary Technology (Systems) point of contact during a multi-year SailPoint implementation. Following the project, your role will provide daily Production Support for the SailPoint Platform and directly participate in a strategic initiatives that will focus on on-boarding new applications supporting BBH's Certification and Automated Provisioning processes. The team will be responsible for ensuring the stability of the platform and building out new functionality within the tool. This new functionality will enable the organization to realize efficiencies in the certification program as well as reduce manual efforts currently being performed by individuals performing manual provisioning.
In addition to supporting the SailPoint application, you will be responsible for other Identity Access Management applications that support Privileged Access, Automated provisioning, and Password Vaults. This IAM Engineer must be a self-starter and have aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and tools in our rapidly changing Identity Access Management technology environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary BBH IAM Technology point of contact for a multi-year Identity Access Management Transformation Roadmap
Provide subject matter expertise and training to other BBH employees to build out IAM Technology expertise at the firm
Maintain and upgrade BBH's Identity Access Management Technology stack to ensure our tools are fully supported by our Software License Agreements
Provide production support for BBH's Identity Access Management Technology stack
Maintain a running list of enhancements requested by the business for IAM Technologies
Work with the business owners of the IAM technologies to prioritize enhancements
Develop detailed application runbooks for supporting the IAM Technology stack
Develop detailed technical requirements so application managers can seamlessly transmit and receive data from the IAM Technologies
Assist with testing efforts
Understand support the project management life cycle
Participate in project meetings
Support of projects with occasional extended evening or weekend hours depending on the status and time table of a project/initiative
BS/BA degree or equivalent job experience
3+ years of experience supporting the SailPoint Application (ideally looking for a subject matter expert)
5+ years of related professional experience, preferably within Identity Access Management (IAM)
Ability to communicate effectively
Highly motivated with ability to self-manage and work independently
Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours while working on projects with tight deadlines or during implementations
Creative and effective problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with Oracle Identity Management
