Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your duties as I&AM Security Manager likely will include:

Working directly with clients and Accenture teams in a multi-disciplined team structure, designing and implementing I&AM solutions across a variety of vendor products including Oracle, Forgerock, Okta, SailPoint and others.

Developing deep working relationships with Senior Executives and Senior Managers across the client account team and client.

Understanding the business direction of companies and creating optimized I&AM architectures to meet their business needs.

Building knowledge capital through research and development, and leveraging industry insights to deliver best of breed expertise to clients.

Helping grow Accenture Security across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism

VIEW JOBS 8/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-20T00:00 Career Description Job Description * The Office of Information Security is seeking a strong leader to develop and implement a robust and comprehensive Identity and Access Management program at Advance Auto Parts. The Director, Identity and Access Management is responsible for the design and ongoing governance of system and network access to both enable and protect the business. Reporting directly to the CISO, the Director will develop and deliver strategic and tactical objectives working in close collaboration with Information Security and IT Leadership, as well as business leaders across the broader organization. The Director, IAM will need to drive flexible and scalable solutions as part of the IAM strategy, including privileged access management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, document, implement and manage an enterprise-wide IAM framework, strategy, and roadmap that outlines and defines the tactical, operational and strategic plan for IAM * Identify, select, and/or create appropriate tools and controls for identifying and addressing Information Security risks associated with access rights * Proactively improve the processes/tools around provisioning, de-provisioning, and auditing of users across the organization * Work with business users to define and implement appropriate work flow, approval, and provisioning tasks as required. * Create and maintain relevant procedures and governance as required for program management and regulatory requirements, including those related to legacy systems, cloud applications and privileged access. * Act as IAM subject matter expert for business leaders, end users, and IT staff in the areas of application architecture and implementation * Strong knowledge of IAM foundations including MFA, SSO, PAM, IDM across platforms * Experience with privacy and data protection requirements, data classification and securing data through access management * Assist with the creation and enforcement of access-centric security policies and procedures * Implement and manage access federation with various third parties * Develop and maintain a Continual Improvement Process to ensure the program does not become outdated and continues to mature in alignment with evolving risk and industry factors.
