Accountabilities / Responsibilities

SCA is looking to hire an experienced Identify and Access Management Engineer to help with supporting the planning, design, development and deployment of centralized identity and access management (IAM) solutions for the organization. This includes supporting identity management software solutions and the Active Directory environment.

This position is primarily responsible for:

Plan, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of IAM applications, including Authorization/Authentication and Account Creation/Management/Provisioning in data repositories.
All management, setup, and administration of the IAM platform or internal applications requiring IAM.
Control Access and Integration to all HTTP API's using federation protocols.
Managing and refining a Role Based Security framework, producing schema designs and operational plans for enforcement.
Managing and implementing single sign-on solutions utilizing federated technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and LDAP.
Support the planning and delivery of the enterprise-level IAM program.
Provide expertise on IAM key principles.
Develop infrastructure and solutions that provide safe experiences internally and externally.
Work alongside application owners to develop application security roles within centralized IAM directories.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education and experience equivalent to:Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline; or related work experience
3+ years of experience in Information Technology
Experience working in Identity and Access Management
High-level of expertise working with IAM technologies
In-depth understanding of modern authentication solutions using SAML/OAuth/OIDC/PAM
In-depth, registry level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Certificate Services
Proven track record around IAM security

Other Qualifications

Azure experience a plus
Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual
Desire to learn and grow in your technical skillsets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can understand
Ability to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrently
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including staff, business stakeholders, and all levels of management

Our IT team is focused on providing our partnerships and management teams with timely, quality technology support that is reliable and helpful. We are currently seeking a talented and energetic manager to join our team as the IT Manager over Identity & Access Management (IAM). This position is responsible for timely management and escalation of the provisioning process, constantly seeking ways to increase efficiency in the provisioning process and making improvements in the IAM infrastructure for the organization. This role will ensure SCA teammates are serviced timely, accurately, and with highest level of customer service for all access issues. The position will also assist the overall IT Risk & Compliance team in maintaining our user population and reviewing reports related to account activity. The IT Manager - IAM will be expected to facilitate discussion with end users, identify recurring issues and design solutions for permanent remediation. It will be the responsibility of this position to ensure that our IAM infrastructure is efficiently designed for optimum performance, control, and efficiency. Significant interaction with SCA users will be a requirement of this position and, therefore, this individual must be comfortable working with the users at various levels within the organization and be able to prioritize projects to accomplish the above goals. Applicant will be required to effectively and efficiently evaluate, design, configure, implement, and maintain the IP architecture that is meant to support a robust and resilient IP core and servicing elements. Responsibilities * Works closely and effectively with various departments including, but not limited to, Broadband Field Services, the Network Operations Control Center (NOCC), the Consumer Call Center, and FTTx Technicians in order to develop and maintain IPTV infrastructure with a keen focus on network integrity and network survivability. * Accurately prepares time lines and costs for FTTx/OLT network expansion projects to include capacity mitigation. * Accurately maintains PON combining plans for all OLT/FTTx servicing elements. * Timely creates and maintains Visio diagrams/drawings of the FTTx/OLT Network Infrastructure and any associated elements. Timely creates and maintains detailed Methods of Procedure (MOP) documents useful to both the NOCC and other Operational Departments for the implementation, development and maintenance of the FTTx/OLT environment. * Consistently verifies that records are correct and up to date at all times. * Schedules Network Activity requests/Maintenance Requests (MR) with the acting Broadband Network NOCC Supervisor or Manager. Aids in the testing and turning up of equipment and network architecture.
