TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Marshall, Michigan, 49068 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Critical Care Unit (CCU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1 years of current CCU experience required; prior travel experience preferred; prior Cerner experience preferred License: Michigan Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have:

• Ability to work with diverse patient and staff populations, showing sensitivity to cultural and spiritual influences impacting patient care. Job Description: - Clear oral expression and comprehension, including listening to and understanding others.

• Ability to speak clearly to ensure others understand.

• Strong deductive and inductive reasoning skills.

• Proficient in clear writing and use of technology, such as EMR.

• Ability for selective attention, with concentration for extended periods.

• Skill in time-sharing, able to shift successfully between multiple activities.

• Manual dexterity for managing IV tubing, syringes, and other equipment.

• Strong information ordering skills, including patterns of numbers, pictures, words, and mathematical operations, including medication calculation.

• Efficient time management with minimal supervision.
