ICU Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. As an ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions closely, and administering intensive treatments. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU, including those recovering from surgery, trauma, or severe illnesses.

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and telemetry data, recognizing and reporting any changes promptly.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN License

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.

• Proven experience in ICU/Critical Care setting or similar acute care setting strongly preferred.

• Strong Clinical Assessment and Critical Thinking Skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or similar certification highly desirable.
