Nursing Support Coordinator is responsible forall aspects of purchasing, receiving, schedule changes, payroll data entry,audits, and data collection. The Coordinator will maintain tracking andtrending reports, assist with secretarial duties and relieve the monitor tech.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience

Prefer at least six months secretarial experience , Unit Secretary or Medical Secretary experience. Experience and knowledge in Computer Entry, Word, Excel.

Power Point, telephone etiquette and public interactions. Required Medical terminology course preferred.


Basic Life Support (BLS).

Unit Secretary Certification preferred.

MMC Conflict Resolution Certification or equivalent.

Must cross train as Monitor Tech and PCT within 90 days of new assignment.

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

VIEW JOBS 11/17/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-15T00:00 Position Overview Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS), Space & Launch program, is seeking a Operations Systems Support Engineer (Level 3) in Las Cruces, NM. This position operates in a highly dynamic environment so the candidate is expected to work within tight timelines with rapidly changing priorities. Operations Systems Support Engineer is a day-staff member with multiple responsibilities, largely dependent on mission needs. You will need to become a certified Space Vehicle Controller that is be responsible for command and control of space vehicles (SV), telemetry monitoring, and execution and verification of products loaded to the SV. This is an M-F position, but does require some nights and weekends for special activities, anomaly resolution and crew coverage. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. Primary Responsibilities * Training, documentation, crew-relief and other OSSE tasks. * Write procedures, work closely with VE and is a facilitator between management and the crews. * Use MS-Windows or UNIX based computers for the development of the operational plan and analysis of data collected in support of planning future contacts or anomaly resolution. * Coordination with management and peers to ensure the integrity of high quality operational products, including procedures, tools, detailed event logging, and system configuration. * Analyze technical data, verify and sustain specific systems configuration in accordance with defined constraints and operational requirements. * Monitor system performance and control system elements by executing commands to change the system configuration in order to achieve mission objectives. * May support future system testing and integration requirements. Qualifications This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 5 or more years' experience, Master's degree with 3 or more years' experience or PhD degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Basic (Required) Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or higher is required. Preferred (Desired) Qualifications * Classroom or work related experience with aerospace engineering vehicles and software skills. Additional Information: This position requires the successful completion of a certification program. Selected candidate will be provided specialized training in order to learn the necessary skills related to ground and SV configuration management allowing them to obtain the necessary certifications required for this position.
