Assists the Residential Administrative Coordinator and the ICF Client Coordinator in meeting the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Work involves compiling and tabulating data, checking documents for accuracy, maintaining files, participating in assessing and determining individual client needs.
Will do filing, documentation, data collection, and in assisting individuals with training as directed. Will provide support to the ICF Client Coordinator with gathering and providing information regarding clients and will serve as the QIDP in the absence of the ICF Client Coordinator. May be required to assist other program staff in the delivery of social services and coverage of shifts as needed.
Duties may involve some travel. Works under close supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral, human services, or related field.
Experience: Two-years' experience in human services, preferably intellectual and developmental disability services.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid Texas driver's license, a good driving record for the past 3 years and a valid auto insurance card.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift at least 25 pounds, reach overhead.
