IBM Integration Broker (IIB) Analyst

In this role, you will be working closely with executives, customers, to help them understand, define, and produce data warehouse and analytics requirements. As an IIB Analyst it will be your responsibility to review, evaluate, and determine project scope to be within or outside the Data Management environment. Additionally, you will help transform business requirements into technical specifications and partner with the development of ERP integrations.

The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with IT Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze, organize, prepare, and conduct complex integration systems.

Heres how you will impact the company:
Performs data analysis of complex business operations, develop business requirements and specifications for the creation of Integration and ERP applications, creating interface solutions;
Independently plans, develops and implements techniques for gathering and interpreting data;
Utilizes data flow diagrams, source-target mappings, task descriptions, data mapping, identification of decision points/criteria, workflow analysis and determination of process inter-dependencies;
Assist in the interaction with business users to plan, develop, improve, and maintain complex components of the Enterprise Data Models.
Establish, Maintain and Adhere to Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Integration Standards.
Create and Document Logical Data Integration (ETL) Strategies for Data Flows between disparate Source/ Target Systems and the identified ERP.
Investigates and documents business processes to determine computer system requirements;
Creates implementation plans following the approved software development methodology;
Acts as a project team leader on projects, offering technical supervision over lower level data processing staff in implementing a complex, integrated systems project;

We Can Get You an Interview For This Position If You Have:
Over 7+ years of Information Technology experience;
2+ years performing the role as an IIB Analyst, or consultant;
Hands-on experience in IBM Integration Broker (IIB) with WebSphere Message Broker or App Connect;
Experience in working with multiple mapping techniques in IIB (Mapper, ESQL, Java nodes)
Knowledge of IIB Event monitoring, Monitoring tools, Notification
Knowledge of working with multiple data formats, XML, Fixed length etc.
5+ Years database application development with knowledge of data integration best practices;
Ability to retrieve data from various sources and prepare data for analysis, utilizing WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX);
Skilled in Data manipulation and extraction experience using database suite of tools;
Able to think strategically, with a solid grasp of business issues and objectives, the implications of different solutions to arrive at the optimal solution given the current environments constraints;
Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders;
Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues;
Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects;
Self-motivated, directed and passionate.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university. Post graduate degree preferred.

Together with the rest of the team, this position plays a key role in:  providing information and analyses to support strategic decision-making and acquisition due diligence, performing competitive analyses.</div> •  Analyze strategic and operational opportunities within and across specific zones, hospitals, and departments.  These assignments will require the use of: hypothesis-based problem solving, fact-based analysis, financial modeling, decision modeling, scenario planning, statistical analysis, and other methods of quantitative analysis as needed to suit the specific problem at hand.  Use Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx to perform analysis on large disparate data sets to support strategic.<br /> •  Act as a thought-partner for strategy team members. Help them to identify key strategic issues, create a framework for analysis, and develop insights that provide a data-based analytical set of strategic choices.<br />  •  Gather key inputs for the Strategic Plans for the system and its entities (including service-line specific plans).  Provide additional context and analysis that informs the team about forward growth rates by service line and/or geography.<br /> •  Perform periodic analysis on market and competitive trends in a crisp, concise and timely manner.  Work with strategy team members to design periodic market and competitive reports which track key trends, monitor and evaluate competitors, highlight innovation opportunities and inform decision-making.<br /> •  Develop and incorporate additional inputs (3rd party research, newsletters, trade magazines, websites, etc.) into periodic reporting (as needed).<br /> •  Work with strategy team to improve quality and usefulness of reporting over time.
