Northrop Grumman is seeking a Deputy Mission Support Manager that understands the Systems Engineering process and is experienced with product support technical developments, operations and maintenance. The Deputy Support Manager assists the Mission Support (MS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead with cost, schedule and performance responsibilities.
The Deputy Support Manager acts on behalf of the MS IPT lead as an interface to the customer for program activities and program review sessions, monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and provides solutions such as allocation of resources.
As part of normal duties, you will assist with:
Planning and risk management
Project performance addressing cost and schedule
Leading IPT level review boards
Directing the work of employees assigned to the program
1.Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years Department of Defense experience
2.A current Secret Security Clearance
3.An understanding of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application
4.A minimum of 10 years management experience
5.Minimum of 10 years product support experience
6.Supply assessment experience
7.Ability to travel domestically and internationally
1.Control Account Manager (CAM) certified
2.International work experience
3.Experience with Air and Missile Defense Tactical Operations
4.Depot maintenance experience
5.Ability to speak Polish
