Description Job Title: IAM SME Duration: Contract through the end of the year with likely extension Location: Minneapolis, MN We have a Security Team that is in the need for a IAM SME to help them build out their roadmap and future team. Key Responsibilities
Drive an enterprise IAM roadmap line item as a principal architect and deliver IAM Solution with in timeline.
Collaborate with Security teams, Global IT teams and business partners to develop, document, implement holistic and consistent IAM services.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert, responsible for development and maintenance of standards and playbooks/runbooks related to the implementation of IAM solutions.
Serve as a trusted adviser to the business stakeholders and understand their core business processes, business priorities which can be enhanced using IAM solutions.
Contribute and review IAM solution design: ensure innovation, security, and business requirements are met, while also keeping a keen eye on alignment with IAM roadmap.
Drive Constant process improvement thinking to reduce delivery time and increase customer satisfaction Experience:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
Experience with Dell One Identity or Sailpoint * 6-7 years experience required on Active Director /LDAP technology. Hands on advance knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Ability to look at single user and see spread of all groups they are in, without navigating through multiple windows and panes for each individual ID
Ability to run comparisons between files to find differences/commonalities in large sets of users (could be used to identify leaver, movers, joiners)
Ability to run comparisons to see if contractors have updated leave dates; if so, managers could be sent request to update leave date
Ability to make bulk updates recurrently, as may be needed to accommodate a broken or missing feed, until such time that a permanent solution is developed
