IAM Engineer III - Privileged Access (Pam)

Job Description

As an IAM Engineer III for our Identity and Access Engineering team, you will report to the Senior IAM Engineering Manager. In this role you will lead a technical engineering team, partnering with our product and experience design teams to build secure privileged access experiences that protect critical information and resources. Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Partner with the PAM product management team on defining and executing the product roadmap for identity and access products aligned with the company's strategy and goals.

• Lead technical efforts on projects that will architect, design, develop, and implement PAM solutions using BeyondTrust PAM products and potentially other products as required to meet security requirements.

• Manage and support day to day operations for PAM platforms.

• Drive elimination of technical debt within the existing identity and access platform as part of a continuous modernization and optimization approach.

• Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to operations teams.

• Drive professional development through technology, skill sets and tools to foster professional growth among our IAM engineers, resulting in improved productivity and high-quality outputs.

• Participate in efforts to drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, value, and applied innovation.

• Build community and knowledge sharing opportunities within the different engineering chapters.
