IAM Architect - Ciam

Responsibilities:

• Supporting our clients with their Enterprise and Cloud Cyber Risk needs specifically helping them address IAM health and navigate the journey to the cloud on the Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD).

• Assist in transformation and development activities such as defining scope of services, building solution design and related support for the delivery of the project to the client for Cyber Risk services.

• Integrating CIAM solutions with other security systems, such as identity and access management (IAM), authentication, and authorization systems.

• Lead the design of CIAM solutions in line with organizational objectives.

• Design and deploy MFA solutions to enhance security measures and protect sensitive data.

• Develop and maintain directories to organize and manage user identities and access controls effectively.

• Implement security protocols and policies to safeguard user data in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Conducting security assessments of the CIAM solution and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our CIAM solutions remain innovative.

• Supporting proof of concept and solution deployments of IAM and cloud technologies

• Review and oversee the generation of all projects such as assessment reports, system designs/ architectures and risk/security recommendations

• Oversee technical support for cyber services and resolve service-related issues through research and troubleshooting and working with vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields

• CIAM related certification is essential.

• Experience with cloud-based CIAM solutions and integrations.

• Expertise in SSO technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.

• Proficient in implementing MFA solutions and managing directories (like LDAP, Active Directory).

• 10+ years of experience with IAM systems.

• 8+ years experience in IAM roadmap definition, technical consulting, client problem solving, architecting and designing solutions.

• 7+ years of strong experience and hands-on with CIAM solutions and technologies i.e, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, Auth0, Azure Active Directory

• Expert level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth.

• Basic understanding of High-Availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems

• Experience in leading workshops/discussions with customer team and vendor teams to arrive at the integration pattern for applications both cloud apps and on-perm applications.

• Experience with security protocols such as LDAP-S, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC

• Experience in markup language processing like XML.

• Strong knowledge of AD & Azure AD integration, sign-on policies and application development.
