I2M Excellence manager
The Innovation to Market (I2M) Excellence Manager directs and guides the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects executed by performing organizations and/or staff, ensuring execution is in line with the business strategy.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant internal/ external policies, procedures and standards
Supervises, resources, selects, develops, coaches and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Sets targets for and tracks performance indicators on programs.
Gives direction and enables complex, integral programs, interacts with multiple Businesses and / or Knowledge Centers inside and outside Philips.
In this role, you will:
Keep up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the goals of each program and improve the alignment
Deploy Process Improvement and Quality Assurance and makes the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes
Ensure cross-pollination, maintains a historical database for estimates of future programs, leads lessons learned, incorporates continuous improvement, facilitates harmonization across functions and departments
Provide business management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on performance to the hierarchical outstanding of the project managers for the purpose of appraisal and conducts evaluation at the end of the program
Provide a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, standard methodologies, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects
To succeed, you should have the following skills and experience:
Leads multi-site, cross-functional programs
Responsible for alignment between projects within the program and for synergy between programs
Professional knowledge on a wide range of relevant technologies.
Knows and applies the guidelines for Sponsors and Stakeholders of projects
Proven excellent soft-skills.
Driving long term changes for the business
Project on time: Timing technical handover in line with billing plan of business case
Project within budget
Customer satisfaction: NPS
Project Handover and close out completed
