Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite Monday - Friday)
Duration: 2 Months
Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM) developer is needed to assess the existing DRM configuration and implement new enhancements. The consultant should be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and technical capabilities of DRM. They should be able to assess the current configuration of DRM and identify / recommend areas of improvement, demonstrate thorough knowledge in creating and configuring dimensions and hierarchies in DRM, have experience with optimization of workflows in DRM, specifically related to reducing manual processes, have experience in understanding of Data Relationship Governance (DRG) and how it complements DRM and also have experience in creating documentation to aid in the understanding of current and future state architecture solutions.

The Provider Contract Specialist performs work associated with provider contracting services within the Paramount network. This position works closely with department staff and ProMedica Legal Department to produce standard and non-standard agreements as necessary. This position also assures that all requirements of standard and non-standard contracts are fulfilled and monitored. * Prepares and maintains provider contracts. Revises provider contracts as required by local, state, and federal rules and regulations, and Health Plan changes. * Endures all terms, including financial terms are administered as required throughout the term of the contracts. Works closely with department staff to design and maintain reports to assure compliance. * Negotiates reimbursement rates and contract terms and conditions with providers, consistent with management direction. Negotiates modifications to existing contracts. * Coordinates and/or develops both internal and external communication regarding provider contracting and reimbursement. This position could work from any of these locations. * Cincinnati, Ohio * Columbus, Ohio * Evansville, Indiana * Maumee, Ohio * Warrensville Heights, Ohio Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree in health care administration, health care related field or equivalent experience interacting with providers and/or their staff in a management, contracting, or liaison role required. * Working knowledge of contracting methods and contract negotiation techniques. * Understanding of provider reimbursement methods regarding professional and facility services. * Prefer knowledge of claims processing, medical terminology, medical billing, and basic coding methods. * Demonstrate planning, organizational and problem solving skills required, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. * Past experience with analytical methods is preferred. * Excellent communication (oral and written) skills required. * Strong facilitation skills required. * Proficient in use of computers and Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Power Point is a plus. Knowledge of AMISYS claim adjudication software is a plus. * Ability to move between company workstations and departments. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently through Health Plan's service area required.
