As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you will embody the essence of our brand, leaving an indelible mark on our clients by not only elucidating the science behind our services but also by authentically narrating our compelling story. Your role is pivotal within our team, as you deliver unparalleled customer service, enlighten clients about our diverse modalities and their benefits, and recommend products to fortify and elevate their wellness objectives.

In addition to an enticing hourly wage, now ranging up to $20 per hour, with commission averaging up to $3-5 per hour, we offer an engaging and convivial work atmosphere, flexible scheduling options, health benefits (full time only), and a pathway for career progression.

To excel in this role, you must exhibit robust interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and intermediate proficiency in computers and technology. A foundational grasp of sales practices, coupled with a sincere desire to assist others, will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a secure, pristine, and inviting atmosphere for all members, clients, and staff.

• Showcase multitasking prowess and maintain a positive demeanor in a bustling environment.

• Engage with clients through various channels-phone, email, and face-to-face-effectively promoting Restore and its services.

• Conduct guest tours, adeptly sell packages and memberships, and guide clients on their wellness journey.

• Illuminate clients on the intricacies and advantages of all modalities, offering recommendations on products to fortify their wellness objectives.

• Oversee the seamless onboarding of new Restore members and clients, utilizing waivers, agreements, and the creation of client profiles.

• Contribute actively to the store's sales performance and operational areas.

Administer all non-medical and non-specialty services.

• Assist in lead generation, participate in community events, bolster social media efforts, and act as a brand ambassador to fortify business-to-business relationships.

Personal Attributes:

• Preferred 1-2 years of retail/membership sales experience.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.

• Must maintain an open schedule, available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High school degree required.

• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted, with the ability to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, and reach frequently.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
