Hydroponic Retail Sales Coordinator

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales using your expert knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect hydroponic systems and products to meet their needs..

• Engage customers by providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions-foster long-term relationships with our customers.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in hydroponics. Share your expertise with customers and train junior staff members.

• Assist with inventory control, restocking, and ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.

• Lead by example and provide mentorship to junior sales associates. Assist in training new team members and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Participate in and contribute to in-store events, workshops, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the hydroponic or gardening industry.

• Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems, indoor gardening, and related products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for gardening and sustainability.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
