EDUCATION/PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have High School or GED; Technical Trade School Graduate preferred
Minimum of Two (2) years of experience working in a related (mechanical) field/position
Good mechanical skills and technical abilities.
Must have knowledge and prior experience using technical hand tools and gages
Familiarity with Hydraulic/pneumatic principles and related hardware
Must be able to read and comprehend drawings and written work instructions
US Citizenship or Resident Alien status required to support government programs and projects
Performs assembly and testing on complicated valves and assemblies.
Performs complicated maintenance repairs.
Maintains high productivity while producing quality parts
Follows written technical instructions and drawings.
Assembles job per drawing and work instructions and test hydraulic filtration assemblies per Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).
Performs Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on hydraulic test stands and related test equipment
Troubleshoots technical problems during assembly and test.
Troubleshoots malfunctions of hardware
Evaluates and repairs customer returns, as needed

Ability to work scheduled overtime as needed.
Restrictions are limited only by the individual's inability to perform essential job duties and where an unsafe condition would result for the individual or surrounding employees.

Must be able to work with solvents, oils and other chemicals required.
Required to stand for long periods, twist, bend.
