Manage customer relationships and achieve sales goals by providing technical sales support of the surface multiplex pumps as well as hydraulic jet pump, piston pump, and R pump services. Executes sales plans within an assigned sales territory or account.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Using technical knowledge of products and services, sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
Develops strong customer relationships.
Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products.

Motor Vehicle Record Check must be 21 to drive company vehicles
Knowledge of Artificial Lift applications to include Hydraulic Lift and Surface Pumps
Thorough knowledge of customer relationship management systems and capabilities.

Required Education, Licensing, and Certifications: Associate's degree or technical degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
Four or more years of relevant experience.
Sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience in developing sales in the artificial lift industry.
