Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Windows System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's hybrid Windows environment, which includes both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows servers, both on-premises and in the cloud

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS

• Manage virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware

• Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards

• Automate routine tasks using scripting and other tools

• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

• Provide technical support to end-users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 7+ years of experience in Windows system administration

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as Azure or AWS

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
