Hybrid Director Of Behavioral Health

Signet Health is actively interviewing Texas licensed social workers (LCSW, LPC) for our Director of Behavioral Health position with our outpatient program in Junction, TX. Note that this is a hybrid position - both onsite and remote.

Schedule will be worked out with supervisor. We offer a generous market-competitive salary of $80,000, robust benefits package, unlimited PTO, generous sign-on bonus, and relo allowance available. Must be a Texas licensed social worker or counselor (LCSW or LPC) with relevant experience.

Primary responsibilities as the Director of Behavioral Health will include: Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the psychiatric unit Supervision experience Leading program development with short-term and long-term goals Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program Requirements/Qualifications Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas Experience working with senior adults in an outpatient setting
