Strong understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement them across diverse server environments. · Networking: Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols to support system connectivity. · Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address system-related issues effectively. · Documentation:

Roles & Responsibilities · Lead the design and implementation of security solutions for hybrid and compute environments, integrating best practices to protect against cyber threats. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements, define security policies, and implement controls for hybrid infrastructure. · Develop and implement secure coding practices, conducting regular code reviews to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in applications and scripts. · Design and oversee the implementation of security measures for containerized applications, serverless computing, and other compute technologies. · Provide technical leadership in addressing security incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. · Stay current with industry trends and emerging threats related to hybrid and compute security, adjusting security measures accordingly.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into the development and deployment pipelines. · Mentor and train development teams on secure coding practices and security awareness. · Install, configure, and maintain ESXi virtualization platforms. · Administer Linux (various distributions), AIX, and Windows servers ensuring optimal performance and security. · Perform routine system monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions. · Manage and troubleshoot virtual and physical servers across multiple platforms. · Implement and maintain security best practices for all server environments. · Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency. · Provide technical support and issue resolution for systems-related problems. · Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement system upgrades. · Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
