Hybrid Business Analyst/ Product Owner-Secret Cleared- Dayton OH

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst/Analytics Task Lead/ Product Owner to join our team located in Dayton OH supporting the Headquarters Air Force Material Command (AFMC) within the Enterprise Integration Branch (A4NE) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Business Analyst will manage the development of business intelligence reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Qlik and Power BI and coordinating tasks such as requirements gathering, data integration, big data management, and infrastructure gap analysis, while collaborating with key subject matter experts and providing updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the creation of business intelligence reports and visualizations.

• Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.

• Integrate data and manage big data tools.

• Perform infrastructure gap analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify future analytics and data needs.

• Participate in Kanban/SCRUM development sprints, weekly SCRUMs, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Adjust priorities and respond to short-turn requests while maintaining project focus.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and action-oriented personality.

• Proven experience leading tasks and tracking actions across multiple organizations.

• Prior experience with Air Force logistics or maintenance systems is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.

• Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Business Objects (BOBJ), or Tableau.

• Proficiency in query development, data/interface troubleshooting, and ad-hoc report creation.

• Familiarity with continuous process improvement methodologies, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), and/or PMP Certification.

• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).

• Familiarity with agile and SCRUM methodologies.

• Recent and relevant U.S. Air Force logistics experience is highly recommended.

• Security Clearance: DoD SECRET

• Preference given to retired military, or retired enlisted military

Compensation:

• Salary: $100,000- $125,000/ year

• Benefits: 25 days PTO, paid Federal holidays, Health benefits, 401K, education reimbursement, merit increases, etc

• Location: Hybrid on site in Dayton OH (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite required)

• Term: Direct placement with the Prime (prime has owned the contract for 20+ years)
