Must be able to build High-Voltage and Low-Voltage electrical wiring
Must be able to build junction boxes, power distribution boxes and fuse boxes
Must have an excellent knowledge in High-Voltage safety of batteries and electrical wiring
Must be able to instrument the electric powertrains components for Power analysis, Current probes, Torque meters, Voltage probes etc.
Strong knowledge in High-Voltage and Low Voltage electrical system design
Must be well versed in designing electrical wiring schematics for safe system integration
Should be qualified in High-Voltage system implementation.
Strong knowledge in automotive Network design (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
Strong knowledge in E-motor and battery systems
Strong knowledge in Hybrid and EV system architecture design (P0-P4, Parallel Series)
Strong knowledge in E-motor testing and Battery testing according to standards
Good understanding of vehicle control system requirements
Good understanding of engine and vehicle controls interface
Must be able to lead technically and provide guidance
Must be able to propose technical solutions
Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field required
Experience in automotive industry is highly preferred
Should be hands on in using following tools and building electrical powernet systems
Poweranalyzer, Multimeter, Cable crimpers, Cable cutters, Plyers, Cutters etc.
Soldering iron, E3 wireworks and Visio for schematic development
