• In order to serve our customers when their customers need them most, we do rotate being on-call which may mean needing to answer calls and/or going into the store after hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the Face of Our Company: Whether in-store, over the phone, or online, you'll be the friendly go-to expert for all things HVACR-connecting with customers and making their day a little easier.

• Build Strong Relationships: From offering quick service to helping with loading and answering product questions, you'll form connections that keep customers coming back.

• Drive Sales with Confidence: Recommend the right products, guide customers through purchases, and handle transactions like a pro.

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: You'll manage inventory, keep our shelves stocked, and make sure displays are looking top-notch.

• Team Up for Success: Work hand-in-hand with colleagues and outside sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Know-How: If you've got experience in HVAC, auto parts, or a similar field, that's a plus-but top-tier customer service and sales skills are key.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HVACR preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
