Hvac Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (Tab) Technician

Job Description Job Description Tekon – Technical Consultants, Inc the leading certified & independent Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) Contractor serving New England, is looking for an HVAC Testing & Balancing Technician to start immediately Starting pay is $30.56 – $56.00 an hour depending on experience & location with the total wage / benefit package of over $100/hr Experience: Journeyman or 3 year experienced TAB Technician (depending on held/desired certifications) MUTIPLE Positions available throughout New England Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Perform TAB services for air and hydronic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in new construction and renovation projects Test and balance HVAC systems using established NEBB procedures with company provided testing equipment Document all test results with true and accurate methods using company documentation procedures Communicate any deficiencies or recommendations to supervisor and client continuously throughout the project Coordinate closely with other construction trades such as electrical, mechanical, control contractor, and design team Uphold the company’s values and exhibit a strong work ethic at all times Follow all company, jobsite, and OSHA safety policies and practices Continually improve and develop technical skills to better serve our clients Requirements: Minimum 3 year HVAC experience. Valid Drivers License Valid Social Security Number TABB, NEBB and/or AABC certifications not required but highly desired Main work locations:
