Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for a project located in Scottsdale, AZ . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Daily system assessment

• Maintain, service, repair and install system package, heat pump and AC Units

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on rooftop air handler units, store fans, coil units, exhaust fans and other equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and keep biological activity under control in cooling towers (working on heights of up to 40 feet)

• Repair, maintain and/or replace electric motors, fans, bearings etc

• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ Years Commercial Experience

• HS Diploma or Equivalent

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Ability to read and write reports

• Able to lift and carry 40LBS

• Must have mechanical/HVAC experience

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts

• Familiarity with energy management systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft office

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends and emergencies.
