Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Houston, TX area . This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate up to $50/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Daily maintenance on all mechanical equipment
• Replace air filters, fan motors, duct flex, etc.+ Respond to work orders
• Operate, maintain, and monitor equipment used for cooling and heating
• Check plant operation on automated control systems
• Maintain water softener system
• Opportunity to work with a Major University

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 3 years of previous building maintenance experience

• Knowledge of routine, preventive, and corrective building maintenance, policies, procedures, and practices
