Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled HVAC Technicians of all skill levels for projects located in and around Winston-Salem, NC. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Install HVAC systems, electrical components, & wiring maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance work, seasonal overhauls, & warranty work to ensure systems are safe & efficient
• Repair, diagnose, troubleshoot system malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective parts
• Recharge refrigerant levels
• Check for leaks
• Perform energy efficiency
• Keep records of work performed including equipment use and hours worked
• Work on air handlers, furnaces, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, duct systems, etc.+ Test & troubleshoot new installations to ensure they are working properly
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations regarding handling of refrigerants & disposal when replacing a unit
• Other tasks as assigned
