Precision has a 10,000-square foot facility, from which 40 technicians, 20 office staff members, and will perform over 20,000 service calls this year! The Electrical department was launched in April of 2005 after purchasing Focus Electric, a locally owned Boulder company.

A Day in the Life of an HVAC Technician
As an HVAC Technician, you will repair conditioning, heating, control systems, along with humidity and temperature control systems for residential customers. In addition, you will provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
You'll build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations. Our HVAC technicians perform timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints. You must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client and troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
What you Need to be Qualified for the HVAC Technician Position
In order to be qualified for the HVAC Technician position, NATE certification is a must and boiler experience is a plus. Complete knowledge of all tools, equipment, and materials used to perform services on Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units.
In addition, strong written and verbal communication skills are needed. You must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License and be able to pass pre-employment background screenings.
