The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The HVAC/R Technician will install and repair commercial HVAC units and cooling equipment. The ideal candidate is hard working, committed to providing high quality service, and has a background in technical skills. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair light commercial HVAC units

• Troubleshoot issues with walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers and freezers.

• Preventative maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair and clean ice machines.

• Diagnose and repair exhaust fans.

• On-call rotation required

Qualifications

• Mechanical skillset required

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Self-motivation and accountability

• Friendly and professional attitude

• Valid driver's license in good standing

• Requires medical exam in accordance with DOT regulations

• Must have a good driving record with no traffic violations

• Refrigerant handling certification required
