Job Description Job Description One Season Heating & Cooling, Inc is a family owned and operated, heating and air-conditioning company in LaGrange Park, IL. Our focus is primarily on residential HVAC installation, service, and maintenance along with light commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and service.

Our service area covers the greater Chicagoland area with a customer base ranging from residential single-family homes and condominiums to commercial properties with rooftop units. As a HVAC technician, you will be responsible for communicating with customers or their representatives and other team members. A thorough knowledge of HVAC systems is required.

We believe in collaborating with other technicians and team members to further grow your knowledge of different types of systems and installation requirements. Qualified candidates will be expected to perform all the duties and requirements of a HVAC technician while exhibiting good customer service and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities. You are required to have a valid Driver’s License, EPA II card, possess a HVAC certification and necessary tools to perform HVAC duties. Having your own truck is preferred but not required.
