Position Overview
The HVAC Technician performs manufacturing production and non-production machine and equipment maintenance. Performs skilled preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum up-time. The HVAC Technician will work on all equipment at the facility.
Schedule: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per day):
Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl
Climb using both legs and arms
Head/neck movement
Reach outward or above the shoulder
Drive or operate equipment such as lifts and/or motor vehicles
Lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds
Repetitive use of hands and fingers, both hands
Use of vibrating tools
Depth perceptions required
Ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color
Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces
Must have organization skills and effective communication skills with both technical and professional staff
Must be able to observe/troubleshoot needed repairs of all types of manufacturing machines and equipment to include paint automation equipment
Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
Ability to demonstrate overall safe work behavior, including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
This position is safety sensitive and may involve the operation of vehicles, operation of equipment, and/or involve work with power tools, or handling of hazardous materials, that could result in injury or damage to person/property/manufacturing process
