HVAC Technicians are involved with the installation, maintenance and possibly design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Assists the Facilities department in the maintenance, repair, cleaning and safety of all guest and employee areas as well as parking lot, grounds and adjacent lots to include any off property site used by the company.
Applies positive communication and interpersonal skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.
Familiar with the field's concept practices and procedures.
Ability to judge and plan to accomplish goals.
Maintains excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Soboba Casino standards.
Installation of HVAC units, including electronic and mechanical components.
Installation of HVAC ductwork including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components.
Install or repair fuel and water supply lines.
Conserve, Install and recycle CFC and HCFC (Chlorofluorocarbon family) refrigerants.
Install or repair electrical connections to HVAC components.
Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all guest information.
Responsible for insuring that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Attends staff meetings and training sessions, as requested, to increase performance and knowledge.
Adhere to all company policies as defined by Soboba Casino's Employee Handbook.
Assist in other positions as needed.

Education / Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age, or older.
High School diploma or equivalent, required.
Three years' experience in all aspects of vocation.
Education in air conditioning/heater maintenance or prior experience in a large customer facility preferred.
Any combination of education beyond the minimum requirement as well as any experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary will be considered.
Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
