Job Description Job Description Position Description: Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with extensive plumbing experience specializing in AAON and PoolPak dehumidification systems in an indoor pool setting. Must ensure RH levels of 60-70% for optimal air quality. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AAON and PoolPak dehumidification systems. Monitor and optimize humidity levels (60-70% RH) for stable pool environment. Diagnose and resolve dehumidification, ventilation, and climate control issues. Inspect and maintain filters, coils, dampers, and sensors. Implement moisture control best practices with facility management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and industry standards. Maintain service records, report performance, and recommend upgrades. Respond to HVAC emergencies affecting the pool area. Qualifications & Requirements: - AAON Academy graduate with experience servicing AAON and PoolPak units.

• Extensive plumbing experience.

• Strong knowledge of dehumidification and RH control .

• General maintenance and electrical experience preferred.

• Experience in indoor pool climate management.

• HVAC certification (EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) preferred.

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork abilities.

• On-call availability for emergency repairs. ZR
