Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve independently A high school diploma or GED is required 4 years of experience Installing HVAC in both commercial and residential new construction.

EPA certification required NATE certification preferred but not required at this time A few key things we are looking for: A minimum of 4 years of experience in both service and installation within newly built residential settings. Our multi-family division handles large-scale projects, including apartments, hospitals, and dormitories.

This individual will perform service tasks when not focused on installation. Experience installing HVAC systems in new residential and multi-family construction projects. An EPA certification is required. We are not looking for candidates with primarily maintenance experience, as the role focuses on new builds, installation, and service work.
