  • 4 years Description You will take service calls daily. As an HVAC service technician, you will be expected to be able to not only properly diagnose and complete the work at a high standard, but also provide excellent customer service and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

    Pay is hourly plus commission and bonuses. Advertised pay is hourly plus monthly commissions and bonuses. Take home van, 401K match to 4%, Health care plan, I Pad, phone reimbursement, and others. Salary

  • 60K-100K Responsibilities Maintain clear communication with dispatch, your manager, the office, parts and installation teams Keep company trucks clean, inside and out Keep truck inventory up to date Properly complete and turn in paperwork. Join the on-call rotation Professional at all times including customers’ homes, at the warehouse, in meetings, with co-workers On time to jobs, shop, meetings Maintain a clean and professional appearance Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.

This includes knowledge of various equipment types, such as furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.

    Troubleshooting Skills: The ability to diagnose and identify problems in HVAC systems accurately is essential. Technicians must be skilled at troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Repair and Maintenance:

    Proficiency in repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment, including replacing parts, cleaning components, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance. Installation Expertise: Knowledge and experience in installing HVAC systems correctly, following manufacturer guidelines and local building codes.

    Electrical Skills: A good understanding of electrical systems, as many HVAC systems involve complex electrical components and wiring. Refrigeration Knowledge:

    For air conditioning and refrigeration systems, knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices is crucial. Valid driver's license and ability to meet our carrier's insurance requirements Highly experienced in all aspects of service, including very well versed in boiler systems
