Hvac Service Technician/Division Manager

We are looking for an HVAC Service Tech/Division Manager to join our team You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems while transitioning to a Division Manager reporting directly to the GM.

Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Help recruit and train additional techs to keep up with demand Qualifications: 10 years of experience in HVAC Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong estimating background Capability to transition into management/supervisory position after growth Company Description One Call Plumbing Inc was started with a purpose to not only provide the BEST SERVICE to the client, but also to strive to deliver a CAREER minded Company- Help the employees to not only EARN GREAT, but also GROW GREAT With the Company until retirement.
