More About the Position

A T&G HVAC Service Technician

Uncapped earning potential typically in the range of 50k-110k+

• Running service and maintenance appointments for residential HVAC customers in their homes, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC systems

• Understands and master the ability to present multiple options for repairs and enhancements via a company iPad

• Runs preventative maintenance appointments for our 13k Home Care Club Members

• Actively participates in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events

• Is held to performance based KPIs

What Does It Take?

• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC system within confined spaces, including but not limited to crawl spaces and attics

• A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers

• Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is the first building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks. We do have two buildings.

Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building and they will guide you on where to park.

Plan to be here around 1 hour, we will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview.
