Our mission is to provide our clients with expert knowledge and service on the products available to make their homes and workplaces comfortable, healthy and safe. Due to sustained growth and a high demand for services, we are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

• Pay Range: $25-$42/hr based on experience (with opportunities for additional compensation)

Qualifications:

• HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)

• 3 years+ install experience

• 3 to 5 years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Must pass drug screen

Primary Job Functions:

• Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.

• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

• Build strong customer relationships by knowing their needs, making recommendations, and setting expectations.
