HVAC Service Technician:
1. Oversee technicians using our CRM to enter accurate records of work orders, equipment maintenance, and service performed.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
3. Provide troubleshooting skills and technical support to technicians.
4. Be part of the On-call rotation, approximately 4-6 weeks, for a one week period
5. Must have tools to perform day to day service technician duties
Heating Air Conditioning Supervisor Required Skills
1. Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of HVAC technicians.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
4. Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards related to HVAC systems.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
6. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications related to HVAC systems.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of HVAC software and tools for diagnostics and system analysis.
9. Strong customer service skills to resolve client concerns and provide exceptional service.
10. Ability to quote tech leads for replacement a PLUS. We will teach you if the ideal candidate lacks quoting experience.
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational HVAC program is preferred.
2. Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems.
3. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage and guide a team of HVAC technicians.
4. Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations. EX CFC, NATE certified, Technician certified
5. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
6. Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
7. Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
9. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
