As a Service Technician at ACS, your role will involve:

• Conducting maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of residential heating and air conditioning systems, adhering to company standards to ensure top-quality service

• Providing valuable feedback to the Service Manager on technical training needs, inventory management, and retail pricing strategies

• Participating in utility programs and assisting with retrofit installations as required

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints

• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

• Experience in making repair and replacement decisions

• Ability to acquire a low-voltage license within 2 years of employment

• Advanced customer service skills

• Willingness to obtain NATE certifications within one year of employment

• Demonstrated capability to take on responsibility and leadership roles

• Safe operation of scissors and genie lifts

• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air-balancing principles
