We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Position Overview:

As the Service Manager at Vinco Mechanical, you will play a critical role in the success of our service department. You will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HVAC services to our valued clients. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians.

Provide coaching and training to enhance technical skills and customer service. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Service Department Management:

Oversee scheduling and dispatching of service calls via our . Monitor and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion. Maintain inventory of parts and equipment necessary for service calls. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and problem-solving. Conduct quality control inspections on completed jobs. Budget Management:

Assist in budget planning and tracking for the service department. Monitor expenses, labor costs, and materials to optimize profitability. Reporting: Generate regular reports on service department performance.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. Proven leadership experience, including team management and coaching.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in computer applications, including service management software Service Titan and Google Suite. EPA certification, G60, F60, OSHA and SST preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
